They feature a heavy duty single elastic strap and an adjustable nosepiece for comfort. NIOSH/MSHA approved for dusts and mists with a PEL (Permissible Exposure Limit) not less than 0.05 mg/m3 and certified under 42CFR84. This mask meets OSHA guidelines for use up to 10 x PEL. Sturdy polymesh shell resists collapsing in heat and humidity, so workers use fewer masks, saving you money. The facepiece is naturally contoured for a comfortable fit and features a molded nose bridge to maintain seal without a metal band. Flame retardants are added to decrease shell’s flammability. The Moldex 2300N95 particulate respirator with exhalation valve is certified under 42CFR84 and is designed to keep workers cooler and more comfortable as the exhalation valve reduces hot air buildup. The contour molded nose bridge is shaped for comfort and allows the respirator to seal easily without a metal nose band. NIOSH certified to have a filter efficiency level of 95% or greater against particulate aerosols free of oil. Collapse-resistant polymesh shell offers longer life than comparable respirators.      Moldex 2850 Respirator Locker With Premium 2800N95 Welding Respirator
Provides hygienic storage of masks for and fits easily in employee lockers and work vehicles. Separate compartment permits storage of the used mask during extended breaks preventing premature disposal of masks. HandyStrap® allows the mask to hang around the neck when not in use. Added carbon layer in the mask gives relief from nuisance levels of ozone. Locker keeps the carbon fresh. Ventex® valve lets the hot air out faster so workers stay cooler.
